Eby’s Auto Body, founded by George R. Eby, and known to his friends and loyal customers simply as Bob, was established in 1958 on Diamond Street in Coatesville, and in 1961 moved to our current location. Bob owned and operated the business for 35 years before transferring ownership to his son G. Robert Eby II, in 1993. Bob proudly watched Rob honor the Eby name by successfully continuing to service our valued customers for almost 20 years, until his passing in January 2011. Rob continues to proudly run Eby’s knowing his father is joyfully watching with approval.
